If I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would. I thought I was ordering from another company! I bought 11 paint by numbers. Received 7 rolled canvases no frames. I emailed them they said they dont come with frames and I would have to order separately! This was not in the description. They owe me 4 more paint by numbers and instead they sent me 3 diamond set I did not even order. I spent close to 100 for crap! Warning beware: do not buy from this company! I going to go to my bank show them the screen shots of what I ordered and what I got and dispute the charge. Just dont buy unless you want to receive stuff you did not order

After receiving the wrong PBN kit… After receiving the wrong PBN kit twice, the correct kit arrived , albiet very crinkled during travel by mail and took a lot of ironing. This has occurred with most kits. I suggest that the kits should be enclosed in a cardboard tube to help protect them. On the plus side , the latest kit "mountains, river ,trees and rest house" is the best quality kit I have ever had Well designed, clear red lines (cover better than black) , Clear numbers, Quality paint which is creamy and easy to apply and covers well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERCICE AND AFTER 101 DAYS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I have placed order for two paintings on 27th March. On 31st March received an email that paintings are dispatched. Today is 5th July and I still haven't received those paintings in value of 85$. Its been exactly 101 day(s) of waiting. When contacted customer support and asking when can I expect them, their excuse is Covid 19 (numerous times). When I asked for refund as well numerous times they were ignoring my emails and email address on web page is not correct as well. In past couple of weeks I was ordering items from Wish and Aliexpress (and everybody knows it takes months to arrive) all arrived before those paintings. And by reading this reviews now it seems like I am not the only one who hasn't received purchased order. If you are smart you will not order anything from this page. I have attached some pictures. Expect to wait 2-4 months for your… Expect to wait 2-4 months for your order. This is coming from overseas (China). The service is awful. You will have little recourse, other than to go through your credit card company. They will blame Covid for all their issues. I received 1 order 4 months later. I received a custom order with a lot of errors. I have been emailing them, but it's been very difficult to get them to resolve.

I would have done a 1 star review but… I would have done a 1 star review but the company redeemed themselves. My first order took a month to come and to my surprise.. the canvas was not in the package, just two packs of paint and the wood frame. Customer service answered quickly, fixed the problem and sent my order out immediately. It took a couple weeks to get but it came quicker the second time and they sent my entire order including another frame and more paint. I love how the painting turned out and despite the issue the first time around I would order again.
