Defective My envelopes were printed upside down, and the company refused to refund even after I sent photos. The cards would be an embarrassment to use. There is clearly ZERO quality control. A five-year-old would have easily spotted this defect. Very unprofessional. I have used Snapfish for years. The service has clearly plummeted. Never again.

Total failure of a product! Apparently this review does not allow anybody to show a picture of this atrocious calendar. All seven calendars curled up within the first 30 days. Snapfish did absolutely nothing about it. There is no Customerservice, you cannot talk to a person, there is a chat stream that is some kind of a robot that says the same thing over and over. It is the same thing with (E-mail)’. Run from this company!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN… I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!!!! I have been trying to reach out to them for over a week and keeps getting disconnected via live chat. This company does not have a call center where you can call and speak to a live representative. We are a young family living in Florida and spend most of our days in the pool or going to the beach. I uploaded pictures via the app and thought to myself "oh they can be delivered, thats fantastic." I placed my order on 04/01, received an email on 4/2 they were printed and ready to be shipped. They gave me a tracking number that still to this day says that the shipment has not left their facility. I have had MULTIPLE chat sessions with agents and there has not been one person who has been able to help me. Yesterday 4/9- I received a message request on facebook from a complete and total stranger. Messaging me to let me know that she received my pictures along with hers. I am super SUPER thankful that this woman reached out and she wasnt a creepy man looking at pictures of my young girls in bathing suits. Due to the chat being down yesterday- I emailed them letting them know of the issue. Of course my package hasnt been picked up BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE HAS MY PICTURES. Today the live chat was available. I kept once again, getting disconnected. I finally get connected with a woman who really didnt care that I was upset and frustrated. I told her the whole story and explained that the very kind woman who received my pictures wrote return to send on the packaging and mailed back to the facility. The live agent I was chatting with proceeds to tell me- I need to reach back out to the woman who received my pictures and have her reach out to snapfish because there are certain protocols that need to be followed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME- I have to reach out to this lady and ask her to (who I am sure is a busy individual) take time out of her day to deal with a chat where you will probably be disconnected at least twice during the session just to get this resolved? It is not the ladys fault she received the wrong photos. Obviously frustrated I said forget it, please just cancel the order and refund the money back to the card I used at checkout. She tells me that my request is denied for a refund because I have not followed the protocols for things like this. They need the pictures back first in order to process a refund. THIS COMPANY HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER, EVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR… DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS!!! Something has changed. They were a great company at one time, however, that was then and this is now. I purchased eight photo books for work for $382. I contacted them to ask for help as in less than two weeks the pages were so warped the covers couldn't shut, they became useless to our company and absolutely worthless. They did away with their phone option to speak with a customer service representative and now only have a "Chat" option. I am absolutely sure it is because they have so many complaints and don't want to deal with it on the phone. It's much easier to end a chat (which is what finally ended up happening to me and then they deleted my account). I originally asked to have my books remade in the same quality as we've had in the past and was told they would send it to a higher management and they would get back to me that afternoon. After 24 hours of not hearing back, I reached back out and was "assured" it would be resolved to my satisfaction by another customer service rep. Once again, not a word after a week this time. I reached back out today via chat (as that is my only option) asking for their CEO's email to let them know what kind of company they have and what is being done at all levels. I was told I couldn't have their email, nor any higher level management's email. The only thing she could do prior to ending our chat and deleting my account would be to do the same thing the others did which was to send it to the next level of customer service. As soon as I said it would be ignored the same as the others, she ended our chat and deleted my account. This is the level of customer service provided. I say customer service like they are providing some, not the case. I wanted a refund of my $382, I wanted a remake of my books that were made 2 weeks ago and this company doesn't have the decency to even respond. However, on their website it clearly states Satisfaction Guaranteed. How is that the case if they won't respond to even the smallest and simplest of issues? Needless to say, I hope you don't get sucked into their 50-65% coupons and learn from my $382 loss.
