GBChristmas 2023 Christmas 2023. Ordered a photo job from this company. Photo arrived and the cropping process cut off one members head. Contacted company to fix this issue or a refund. Would not comply with either request. Placed new order. Receive a 4”x4” inch photo. Charged me an additional $17.00. This company sux. Never again will I do business with them Never!

GBExtremely poor quality prints received Extremely poor quality prints received. Pixilated, fuzzy, faded colours and horizontal lines running down the prints. So disappointing & a complete waste of time and money, I can not frame any of my prints as the quality is too poor. I was told by their customer services that I had uploaded prints with poor resolution warnings, this was not true. They said I could try again but they wouldn’t cover the cost of postage which was well above a reasonable amount & I didn’t want to waste more money. They refused to offer me a refund. I strongly advise people not to use this company.

GBI WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN… I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!!!!!! I have been trying to reach out to them for over a week and keeps getting disconnected via live chat. This company does not have a call center where you can call and speak to a live representative. We are a young family living in Florida and spend most of our days in the pool or going to the beach. I uploaded pictures via the app and thought to myself "oh they can be delivered, thats fantastic." I placed my order on 04/01, received an email on 4/2 they were printed and ready to be shipped. They gave me a tracking number that still to this day says that the shipment has not left their facility. I have had MULTIPLE chat sessions with agents and there has not been one person who has been able to help me. Yesterday 4/9- I received a message request on facebook from a complete and total stranger. Messaging me to let me know that she received my pictures along with hers. I am super SUPER thankful that this woman reached out and she wasnt a creepy man looking at pictures of my young girls in bathing suits. Due to the chat being down yesterday- I emailed them letting them know of the issue. Of course my package hasnt been picked up BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE HAS MY PICTURES. Today the live chat was available. I kept once again, getting disconnected. I finally get connected with a woman who really didnt care that I was upset and frustrated. I told her the whole story and explained that the very kind woman who received my pictures wrote return to send on the packaging and mailed back to the facility. The live agent I was chatting with proceeds to tell me- I need to reach back out to the woman who received my pictures and have her reach out to snapfish because there are certain protocols that need to be followed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME- I have to reach out to this lady and ask her to (who I am sure is a busy individual) take time out of her day to deal with a chat where you will probably be disconnected at least twice during the session just to get this resolved? It is not the ladys fault she received the wrong photos. Obviously frustrated I said forget it, please just cancel the order and refund the money back to the card I used at checkout. She tells me that my request is denied for a refund because I have not followed the protocols for things like this. They need the pictures back first in order to process a refund. THIS COMPANY HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER, EVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH.

GBTwo wrong orders (sending 2023… Two wrong orders where they sent 2023 calendars instead of 2024. Recipient is an aging 92 year old. They would not correct their own mistake unless there was a photo which the recipient being aged, could not do. I live 3000 miles from recipient and not able to take a photo. The time even to get through to customer for both errors, was time consuming and fruitless. I DO NOT recommend Snapfish. I used them numerous times in the past but will never us them again.

GBDefective My envelopes were printed upside down, and the company refused to refund even after I sent photos. The cards would be an embarrassment to use. There is clearly ZERO quality control. A five-year-old would have easily spotted this defect. Very unprofessional. I have used Snapfish for years. The service has clearly plummeted. Never again.
