Im not sure about the product because I… Im not sure about the product because I am still waiting, and they won't answer my e-mails. They give you a FED EX label for tracking, but you can get those all day yourself without ever sending a product. They have terrible customer service on the phone and e-mail. Had I already not made the purchase and they had my money it would have been easier, but my bank as assured me they have read the reviews and they can get my money with no problem. Social Media will ruin you. All someone needs to do is make a page on Facebook with your company name and complaints. It will spread fast. If I, were you, I would be more transparent to my customers if I planned to continue selling to the public?

I have ordered 4 Henry rifles from… I have ordered 4 Henry rifles from Tombstone, The last 2 orders, I was never notified by Tombstone that the items were shipped. I had no idea when to expect them, The FFL dealer in my area told me the 3rd one sat there for a 1 1/2 weeks, i just happen to call them one day. the 4th one also arrived without notification, the FFL dealer called me to let me know it came in, Part of Tombstone email service says they will notify you when the shipper has shipped the item, this irrated the heck out of me......

Getting shipment out was slow (not too… Getting shipment out was slow (not too surprising given the current “normal”). Longest part was the actual en route shipping, considering I live not more than two hours from store. Warehouse must ship parcel post as “normal”.

Excellent all around I saw they had stock of an item. So I messaged them via Instagram, website and, due to my impatience, a phone call. They answered my phone call and all of my questions. When in store, they maintain pandemic guidelines and customer service was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and considerate to all of the customers and their experience levels. Thanks everyone!

Lengthy order delay I ordered a CZ 457 from Tombstone Tactical on Dec 08, and even though their website indicated that it was in stock, processed the order and quickly debited my account, turns out they were out of stock. They had to reorder it from a distributor, which was eventually received and sent it out via FedEX on Dec 28, it was finally delivered to the FFL on Jan 04. So, all in all i would say that it was a bad experience for me, mainly because this was a Christmas gift. I will say that their support staff was very pleasant and helpful each time we called regarding this order, hence the 2 stars. Moving forward, I doubt I will be doing business with them again.
