Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a gun online because it was listed as in stock. I had't heard anything from them after my order so I emailed. I never received a response. Today, nearly a week after the purchase, I called. I was told the item really wasn't in stock, had to be ordered from their distributor, and when they get it they'll ship it to my ffl. I asked to have my order cancelled, which they said they could do, but they're going to charge me a restocking fee for an item that isn't really even in stock as the website states. Thanks for trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers! I'm done with Tombstone Tactical

I would recommend that everyone who is looking to purchase a gun, ammunition, or any accessories, take a trip to this store, if they don't have it, they'll get it for you quickly.

I can’t say enough about their professionalism working with me purchasing a rifle. There was a minor hiccup where the rifle was being shipped to but was immediately mitigated then receiving the rifle quite promptly. This company rocks! This company rocks!! In store product shipped much quicker than what's stated on the their website. The product was well packaged in a box to weather rough handling through automated sorting facilities. This means they actually "care" about how the product arrives. Return shopper will return again.

Bought the Hera group of accessories… Bought the Hera group of accessories for my AR, the fit was perfect, looks great and love the way the buttstock and grip are connected. The design strengthens the area of the lower at the buffer tube attachment point and transfers to the grip attachment point. Has the looks of a bullpup. The shipping was quick and the packaging is over the top, wish other companies packed this way. Thanks Tombstone Tactical, you're awesome. Expect more business from me in the future. Jim
