Tombstone Tactical is straight awful Tombstone Tactical is the only gun store in the valley I don't like, in fact they're one of my least favorite businesses to deal with in general. The fact that they charge $50 for firearm transfers when so many other place do it for $20 is the icing on the cake to never do businesses with these lazy, misinformed cretins.

Wrong product shipped; RIGHT customer service response!! My order was incorrectly filled; thus, I received the wrong product. That said, mistakes happen in life, and it’s how things are rectified that count. TT could not have given me better customer service! Robert used expedited shipping to get the correct product to me in less than a week. I have been, and I will continue to be a TT customer. Thank you for your great service.

Lengthy order delay I ordered a CZ 457 from Tombstone Tactical on Dec 08, and even though their website indicated that it was in stock, processed the order and quickly debited my account, turns out they were out of stock. They had to reorder it from a distributor, which was eventually received and sent it out via FedEX on Dec 28, it was finally delivered to the FFL on Jan 04. So, all in all i would say that it was a bad experience for me, mainly because this was a Christmas gift. I will say that their support staff was very pleasant and helpful each time we called regarding this order, hence the 2 stars. Moving forward, I doubt I will be doing business with them again.

I would recommend that everyone who is looking to purchase a gun, ammunition, or any accessories, take a trip to this store, if they don't have it, they'll get it for you quickly.
