Good service. I have made a number of purchases from Tombstone tactical over several years. Shipping was fast and the quality was what I expected. This time the Local FFL was listed, so it made checkout easier. The website has changed about three times since I started shopping with Tombstone. This is probably my only complaint. The site works if you know what your looking for but browsing is not user friendly. The first website I used for Tombstone was simpler and faster. I will continue to use Tombstone. Thanks Sean

Wrong product shipped; RIGHT customer service response!! My order was incorrectly filled; thus, I received the wrong product. That said, mistakes happen in life, and it’s how things are rectified that count. TT could not have given me better customer service! Robert used expedited shipping to get the correct product to me in less than a week. I have been, and I will continue to be a TT customer. Thank you for your great service.

horrible service i ordered 2 tool products online that were stocked. it took them 3 weeks to ship out the order. and has been 8 days now and i have yet to receive my purchased products. so ive paid for something a month ago that i have yet to receive... i out that in the horrible service category. Their website described a delay of several days... not weeks. my recommendation would be to notify your customers of any further delays in their orders if u cant get something out the door in the time you stated or offer them a return of money.

Fantastic Service! Ordered a Savage rifle, and Tombstone Tactical shipped it out fast! Under 7 days during a national crisis (COVID Pandemic) and it arrived safely at my FFL. Still waiting to fill out paperwork but Tombstone did their job! Fast and free shipping, and I chose the option of having shipping insurance. Did I mention it was FAST? THANK YOU TOMBSTONE TACTICAL! Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I ordered a gun online because it was listed as in stock. I had't heard anything from them after my order so I emailed. I never received a response. Today, nearly a week after the purchase, I called. I was told the item really wasn't in stock, had to be ordered from their distributor, and when they get it they'll ship it to my ffl. I asked to have my order cancelled, which they said they could do, but they're going to charge me a restocking fee for an item that isn't really even in stock as the website states. Thanks for trying to squeeze every penny out of your customers! I'm done with Tombstone Tactical
