The problem is you do not respond to emails, it is hit and miss, I have sent emails and week later no response... Really you guys are great, most of the time wonderful! In my opinion you need to have someone assigned to emails only! I know that staff is answering phone calls And looking at emails at same time, not efficient! Bought the Hera group of accessories… Bought the Hera group of accessories for my AR, the fit was perfect, looks great and love the way the buttstock and grip are connected. The design strengthens the area of the lower at the buffer tube attachment point and transfers to the grip attachment point. Has the looks of a bullpup. Good Service when I could talk to someone. Shipment was delayed due to shipping company which is understandable but when I would call or email I would not get a response. When I did get someone on the phone they were very helpful and respectful. Company was great to deal with except for lack of communication. Would definitely purchase from again.
