Wrong product shipped; RIGHT customer service response!! My order was incorrectly filled; thus, I received the wrong product. That said, mistakes happen in life, and it’s how things are rectified that count. TT could not have given me better customer service! Bought the Hera group of accessories… Bought the Hera group of accessories for my AR, the fit was perfect, looks great and love the way the buttstock and grip are connected. The design strengthens the area of the lower at the buffer tube attachment point and transfers to the grip attachment point. Has the looks of a bullpup. The shipping was quick and the packaging is over the top, wish other companies packed this way. Thanks Tombstone Tactical, you're awesome. Expect more business from me in the future. Jim

horrible service i ordered 2 tool products online that were stocked. it took them 3 weeks to ship out the order. and has been 8 days now and i have yet to receive my purchased products. so ive paid for something a month ago that i have yet to receive... i out that in the horrible service category. Their website described a delay of several days... not weeks. my recommendation would be to notify your customers of any further delays in their orders if u cant get something out the door in the time you stated or offer them a return of money.

Excellent all around I saw they had stock of an item. So I messaged them via Instagram, website and, due to my impatience, a phone call. They answered my phone call and all of my questions. When in store, they maintain pandemic guidelines and customer service was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and considerate to all of the customers and their experience levels. Thanks everyone!
