Good Company I have a large amount of Kastking products, always had good customer service when there were any issues which are far and few between, not saying that you can't have issues, but with any companies product sometimes issues do happen. Also with the amount of gear I have, never had any issues with anything.

Good luck to buyer who have ever purchased any kastking rods on eBay ( 1 year warranty, absolute and complete BS ) . and if you re having problems, issues with defective rods - CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER. This is the only solution for you ! ZERO customer support, rude and disgusting cs , takes days to receive blurry silly brainless response. eBay clearly states - 90 days left there is nothing we can do , try external methods ( external means - credit card or PayPal etc must step up ) or try to contact kastking again . Stay away from this * brand * ,
