Good luck to buyer who have ever purchased any kastking rods on eBay ( 1 year warranty, absolute and complete BS ) . and if you re having problems, issues with defective rods - CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER. This is the only solution for you ! ZERO customer support, rude and disgusting cs , takes days to receive blurry silly brainless response. eBay clearly states - 90 days left there is nothing we can do , try external methods ( external means - credit card or PayPal etc must step up ) or try to contact kastking again . Top notch customer service! Never had a bad customer service experience with KastKing. I bought 2 Compass travel rods and both broke during my first trip using them. Turns out there was a manufacturer defect in the batch that was received (this was during COVID where problems like this were a lot more common). I reported it to KastKing and had 2 new rods only a few days later and didn't even have to ship back my broken ones. The new rods have been perfect ever since and I use them a lot. Top notch customer service! Sometimes their customer service emails end up in the spam folder because of Gmail's filters so I always check there first. Responses always come in 24-48 hours

I mainly fish for Bass and Mullet in the summer and flatfish in the winter. I totally recommend this company’s tackle to any light fishing enthusiast out there.
