Good luck to buyer who have ever purchased any kastking rods on eBay ( 1 year warranty, absolute and complete BS ) . and if you re having problems, issues with defective rods - CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER. This is the only solution for you ! ZERO customer support, rude and disgusting cs , takes days to receive blurry silly brainless response. eBay clearly states - 90 days left there is nothing we can do , try external methods ( external means - credit card or PayPal etc must step up ) or try to contact kastking again . CALIARS, CHEATERS & SCAM ARTISTS - STAY AWAY!!! LIARS, CHEATERS & SCAM ARTISTS - STAY AWAY!!! I ordered a fishing rod from them, shipping was taking too long time and I CANCELLED the order BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED! I advised them not to ship, but they ignored me. I refused delivery and shipment was sent back, I HAVE A PROOF (tracking number) IT WAS RETURNED to them ! They never gave be a refund! These A$$HOLES are THIEVES!!!

GBHave bought several spinning reels Have bought several spinning reels, pliers, landing net, braided line and flurocarbon line. No concerns. All well made. Oldest of my reels is several years old, still working well. Had an issue with one reel, a part came loose, customer service was great, sent me a spare part with no charge.

GBI purchased a Rover 50L and the piece of crap started falling apart while I was spooling it. The little red plastic inserts at each handle end fell off while spooling line. I reported same to KastKing and got a fairly quick response. They offered to upgrade the handle on the reel...the upgrade arrived within a few days...I spent time disassembling the old handle and the replacement didn't fit the reel. There you have it...now I'm right where I started. I'm done.

GBAlways had great experiences with customer service! Always had great experiences with KastKing products and customer service. Never had a reel or tool break. Broken a couple rods by my own mistakes but KastKing (specifically Winnie in customer service) has always responded within 24 hours and replaced my rods, no questions asked, and I had a new rod in 3 days. When a Spirale rod I ordered came in the mail broken in half, they sent out a new rod right away and again I had it in 3 days. A few weeks ago I ordered some new TriPolymer line off the website. Apparently I caught it the second it went up for sale because the price was $0. I ordered 4 spools but only received 1. I talked to customer service and they said that the website price was a mistake but they went ahead and sent 1 to me for free instead of cancelling the whole order. I thought that my whole order was going to be cancelled the second I placed it and don't care that they didn't fulfill the whole order but it was nice of them to at least send 1 spool honoring their mistake. That's good customer service in my book! KastKing's customer service and quality has earned a customer for life!
