Just got pliers on kastking called… Just got pliers on kastking called speed demons and they work excellent for fishing as well as around the house repairs. Would reccomend to anyone.

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service I called today to ask about musky rods and live bait runner reels and I talked to a captain I think captain broadband or something but he runs sea charters and he gave me so much information about good things about which rod which reel to use and which line is good and bad to use. No review = NO reel to review I ordered a kast king spinning reel and never recieved it. The company refused to respond to my 4 emails asking for a refund. Customer service is awful. Imagine if you have a problem with a reel? May as well throw it in the trash because kast king won't help you. I will make sure all the fisherman fishing our trail knows to avoid kast king.

I purchased a Rover 50L and the piece of crap started falling apart while I was spooling it. The little red plastic inserts at each handle end fell off while spooling line. I reported same to KastKing and got a fairly quick response. They offered to upgrade the handle on the reel...the upgrade arrived within a few days...I spent time disassembling the old handle and the replacement didn't fit the reel. There you have it...now I'm right where I started. I'm done.
