Oldest of my reels is several years old, still working well. Had an issue with one reel, a part came loose, customer service was great, sent me a spare part with no charge.

GBI have brought several rods and reels… I have brought several rods and reels from Kastking over 6+ years may have had 2 issues that i can recall but the customer service was very helpful and solved my issues. Kastking #1 in my book!

GBAwesome customer service Awesome customer service I called today to ask about musky rods and live bait runner reels and I talked to a captain I think captain broadband or something but he runs sea charters and he gave me so much information about good things about which rod which reel to use and which line is good and bad to use. He was very honest about their own products. Highly recommend this company they actually care. Ethan H

GBTop notch customer service! Never had a bad customer service experience with KastKing. I bought 2 Compass travel rods and both broke during my first trip using them. Turns out there was a manufacturer defect in the batch that was received (this was during COVID where problems like this were a lot more common). I reported it to KastKing and had 2 new rods only a few days later and didn't even have to ship back my broken ones. The new rods have been perfect ever since and I use them a lot. Top notch customer service! Sometimes their customer service emails end up in the spam folder because of Gmail's filters so I always check there first. Responses always come in 24-48 hours

GBAlways had great experiences with customer service! Always had great experiences with KastKing products and customer service. Never had a reel or tool break. Broken a couple rods by my own mistakes but KastKing (specifically Winnie in customer service) has always responded within 24 hours and replaced my rods, no questions asked, and I had a new rod in 3 days. When a Spirale rod I ordered came in the mail broken in half, they sent out a new rod right away and again I had it in 3 days. A few weeks ago I ordered some new TriPolymer line off the website. Apparently I caught it the second it went up for sale because the price was $0. I ordered 4 spools but only received 1. I talked to customer service and they said that the website price was a mistake but they went ahead and sent 1 to me for free instead of cancelling the whole order. I thought that my whole order was going to be cancelled the second I placed it and don't care that they didn't fulfill the whole order but it was nice of them to at least send 1 spool honoring their mistake. That's good customer service in my book! KastKing's customer service and quality has earned a customer for life!
