Item arrived broken Item arrived broken. I followed instructions on their website to notify. I sent photos of damage to their listed mobile phone number and email. Been a week and no response.... Seems they dont care

Delivery was prompt Delivery was prompt, bong is great, I've bought this same bong a few times from you guys, the big problem is your cone piece the hole in the bottom is so small I can't use it, knowing this I ordered an extra cone piece hoping it would be different but it was the same small pin hole, if you have any other cone piece with a larger hole that's usable could you please send me a link and I'll purchase it. Can't believe I've just ordered I've just placed an order about two hours ago ......great site setup felt comfortable and didn't feel a need to se how reputable they are and went ahead spent money I didn't really have but it was a treat due to little win of $80 on lotto .....then I spend just over $50 and kinda shocked at postal charge of $16 but ok faster the better it gets here now I went to Facebook saw reviews there now this Im shattered hoping that they do the right thing and it's all been an attack on the for no reason . Time will tell next day or so . Then I'll be up here writing or singing praises or heading south to do a personal meet and greet ....

Uncontactable until 2 days after “item… Uncontactable until 2 days after “item was delivered”. Paid for tracking and express. Couldn’t receive the tracking number because it wasn’t sent. NO COMMUNICATION. I disputed with afterpay and got an email from bongsnpipes the next morning at 1am. I did not receive my package.
