Not good don't recommend Not good don't recommend. I placed on order 2 weeks ago paid express shipping and I still haven't got my items!! I messaged them asking where my items are they replied saying not in stock like why have something up on your website saying its in stock if its not! Its took them days to get back to me about a replacement item but I still haven't got my items but they are telling me they have been shipped but I haven't received an email. Dont recommend this company at all

Can't believe I've just ordered I've just placed an order about two hours ago ......great site setup felt comfortable and didn't feel a need to se how reputable they are and went ahead spent money I didn't really have but it was a treat due to little win of $80 on lotto .....then I spend just over $50 and kinda shocked at postal charge of $16 but ok faster the better it gets here now I went to Facebook saw reviews there now this Im shattered hoping that they do the right thing and it's all been an attack on the for no reason . Time will tell next day or so . Then I'll be up here writing or singing praises or heading south to do a personal meet and greet ....

Great piece, great price, arrived on time. Poor (none) communication through email. I stumbled upon bongsnpipes while looking for a piece I really liked, but wasn't in stock on another site. They had the same piece for even cheaper than the other site, and it was in stock. I was concerned when I saw other reviews of their website as a scam, so I emailed the support contact after 2 days without an update on tracking for my order, but no reply. After I didn't get any replies from my e-mail, I figured it was money lost, but to my surprise, the package arrived in good condition, and exactly what I ordered. Very happy overall, relieved a little, but there could have been an email response from their support contact. Thanks guys :)

I enjoy every month or so splurging a little online with this store. Def a regular customer Website is easy to navigate, ship within Australia, many payment methods available, wide range of everything really, if there's an issue with anything they resolve it quickly n efficiently. They're polite, prompt, they communicate, fair pricing, prompt shipping n A1 packaging of products

I paid $16 for express shipping yet it… I paid $16 for express shipping yet it took them 5 days to actually post it, I tried to contact them no one would actually answer my call to talk to me they would only text. I asked for a refund on the $16 for express shipping they stated they would get back to me and over two weeks later no one has bothered to contact me in regards to my refund. They have also not sent me what I actually ordered and paid for, so very poor customer service will definitely not be using them again 🤬🤬🤬
