I got 2 very cheap bongs didn't bother chucking in any Good ones no herb grinder just few small accessories won't be shopping through use again definetely won't recommended

Delivery was prompt Delivery was prompt, bong is great, I've bought this same bong a few times from you guys, the big problem is your cone piece the hole in the bottom is so small I can't use it, knowing this I ordered an extra cone piece hoping it would be different but it was the same small pin hole, if you have any other cone piece with a larger hole that's usable could you please send me a link and I'll purchase it. Not good don't recommend Not good don't recommend. I placed on order 2 weeks ago paid express shipping and I still haven't got my items!! I messaged them asking where my items are they replied saying not in stock like why have something up on your website saying its in stock if its not! Its took them days to get back to me about a replacement item but I still haven't got my items but they are telling me they have been shipped but I haven't received an email. Dont recommend this company at all

Waste Of Express Delivery! I ordered a few vapes & also paid $16 for express delivery and it’s been a week & still don’t have a tracking number. With my previous order, they came pretty quick but it a week earlier and still no update on express delivery is wild. I also contacted you guys via email and still no response about my order. I did receive an email about completed process of my order but that’s about it.

Second order and issue resolution My second order arrived as fast as my first. I had an issue with one of the items which was immediately resolved by the seller. Cannot think more highly of the service provided.
