Above and beyond my expectations My first order didn't go through but I thought it had. Cary did all he could to find that nonexistent order. And when I placed the order for good, he offered to deliver my package sooner than the scheduled pickup. He even called to remind me instead of waiting to hear from me. :) Thank you Cary! Aside from excellent service, we got great prices from the website. My second order went without a hitch and the carboy I got was a higher quality than I expected. If there's an item I need for homebrewing, I'll check brewps first every time. <3

Incredible Service I ordered the PACMAN yeast from Brew PS and this is a yeast that has to stay refrigerated. I'm military living overseas so when I asked Cary if he could get me this product without it going bad, he jumped all over it. He went above and beyond customer service. These guys took 2 icepacs 10 yards of paper and bubblewraped this thing. Not only that, they threw in some dry yeast on the house, just in case the pacman didn't make it. 5 days later and all the way in Italy, my package arrived...still cold. Great service..great price. These brothers got it right. Loyal customer from now on!

Fast shipping, Great service, Low Prices We ordered from a list that our nephew sent us from his Christmas Wish List and we found everything here on the website in one place. We ordered everything on his list since he is in college and has very little money. We received his thank you card today and he felt bad that we spent $500 and bought everything he wanted. We spent only $300 including shipping. (Do not tell him.) Great website for home brewing beer supplies!!

Brew PS DROPS THE BALL! I ordered a book on the 4th of the month and never received it. E-mailed on the 15th to see what the hold up was and on the 16th I received notice they were not going to fill my order due to lack of knowledge of their warehouse having the book in stock. They said they did not know this until I requested they look into the matter. Glad I did not wait two more weeks to find out what the hold up was! I would not recommend this company due to lack of concern for their customers!
