Great brew store I purchased some yeast from them and it was extremely easy. They arranged for me to pick it up from Enegren brewing company which had the awesome side effect of me discovering that awesome place! Keep on rockin brew ps!!

Excellent Product Choice and Service Brew PS had the exact flip-top bottles I was looking for in a selection of sizes at reasonable prices. At checkout, I mentioned that it was a gift and asked if they might not put the price in the packaging as I was shipping it directly to its recipient. Not more than a minute after I received my automated order confirmation, Brendan followed up with me and did one better, offering to include a personal note in the box! Within half an hour, I had confirmation of receiving my message, same-day shipment, and the UPS tracking number. The product hasn't been delivered yet, but I have high confidence in them already -- I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

Above and beyond my expectations My first order didn't go through but I thought it had. Cary did all he could to find that nonexistent order. And when I placed the order for good, he offered to deliver my package sooner than the scheduled pickup. He even called to remind me instead of waiting to hear from me. :) Thank you Cary! Aside from excellent service, we got great prices from the website. My second order went without a hitch and the carboy I got was a higher quality than I expected. If there's an item I need for homebrewing, I'll check brewps first every time. <3

Brew PS DROPS THE BALL! I ordered a book on the 4th of the month and never received it. E-mailed on the 15th to see what the hold up was and on the 16th I received notice they were not going to fill my order due to lack of knowledge of their warehouse having the book in stock. They said they did not know this until I requested they look into the matter. Glad I did not wait two more weeks to find out what the hold up was! I would not recommend this company due to lack of concern for their customers!
