He was very helpful and prompt and I was able to fulfil a Christmas present need in time!

Brew PS DROPS THE BALL! I ordered a book on the 4th of the month and never received it. E-mailed on the 15th to see what the hold up was and on the 16th I received notice they were not going to fill my order due to lack of knowledge of their warehouse having the book in stock. They said they did not know this until I requested they look into the matter. Glad I did not wait two more weeks to find out what the hold up was! I would not recommend this company due to lack of concern for their customers!

We ordered everything on his list since he is in college and has very little money. We received his thank you card today and he felt bad that we spent $500 and bought everything he wanted. At checkout, I mentioned that it was a gift and asked if they might not put the price in the packaging as I was shipping it directly to its recipient. Not more than a minute after I received my automated order confirmation, Brendan followed up with me and did one better, offering to include a personal note in the box! Within half an hour, I had confirmation of receiving my message, same-day shipment, and the UPS tracking number. The product hasn't been delivered yet, but I have high confidence in them already -- I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.
