GBCustomer no service I bought an inexpensive Agilely RC copter and received it promptly. After seeing it hold charge for less than 45 seconds and the direction control not working, I decided to contact XHeli. There's nobody home; not the toll free number, the standard number is always busy. I sent an email with no reply after a week. Online chat is always busy. I ended up calling my credit card company to request a refund.

GBVery poor customer service and low quality items. I was searching for a specific RC Helicopter WLToys V931 and decided to buy from Xheli.com Unfortunately that choice wasn't in my best interest. First off the shipping cost was unreasonable for the $150.00 that I spent at their store. When I received the helicopter, it was broken in several places and the cosmetics of the v931 were less than poor. When I tried contacting them it was over a week before I finally was able to contact someone (after 6 emails and 5 "submit a tickets" which I received no response). All said they didn't refund the total amount that I spent on the helicopter. Unreliable customer service and poor products. I advise avoiding Xheli.com

GBScam Tactics and Poor Customer Service "I have ordered numerous helicopters, accessories, and parts in the past. Past orders I experienced good satisfaction, except for a bad battery in a $16 Syma S107 helicopter they would not replace. I did call them a few weeks after order about that problem. They would not do the right thing. What can I say....Poor customer service, seeing that I spent a few hundred on past orders. This last order as of August 23, 2012 was a big disappointment. Went to check out with 5 different helicopters in cart with free shipping offer, and after giving my credit card number and confirming order, they raised the prices on some of the helicopters. Pressed cancel button. Not sure if order went through or not. Not happy with these tactics. Time well tell if higher priced order went through. If it did, I will present case to credit card company, as I have printed copy of initial order. I am not sure if I will order again at some further time."

CAUnprofessional I have ordered a volitation 9053, removed it from the packaging. Tested to to If it works, and tail rotar does not work. I have called them ( from Canada, there is no 1-800 number ), and waited for 20 mins with no response. Emails do not get responded to either. Costs are mounting up in calls, and personal time. They have made my entry into this hobby, and any possible future purchases from them slim. I will spend my time posting my review.

GBcustomer support I recently purchased about 300 dollars worth of mdse from Xheli. As a new rc person i ordered one inexpensive model to practice with,, of course i broke it within 5 minutes ,, MY Fault! but their online customer service told me that there were no parts available and i should have purchased a more expensive unit. Thye support the high end units ,, why not the low,, i even had the part number for them. If it was my business i would have at least offered a low cost replacement to scavange parts from
