GBCustomer Service really sucks however… Customer Service really sucks however the products are good and priced pretty well if you can find a deal. Do not expect amazon support but your item should be fine. Using them for a few years now.

GBcraiggerator I have log onto X-Heli for weeks and weeks looking for parts for my heli, and all you EVER see is "OUT OF STOCK" on just about any part or new heli's. And not only is X-Heli that way almost any rc parts supplyer is the same way.

GBThey will ignore you so you can't return item Received my ordered, took forever, quality was below what I expected have been trying to return product now for 2 weeks. I have sent 6 emails and 10 calls so far. No one ever answers the phone and I have received only one email reply asking for pictures which I provided. Now they are ignoring my calls and emails so I cannot return product. Had to dispute charges with my credit card company. I would never do business with their company again. I have never had such a bad experience with a vendor before. I warn everyone DO NOT order from this company you will be ripped off

GBCustomer no service I bought an inexpensive Agilely RC copter and received it promptly. After seeing it hold charge for less than 45 seconds and the direction control not working, I decided to contact XHeli. There's nobody home; not the toll free number, the standard number is always busy. I sent an email with no reply after a week. Online chat is always busy. I ended up calling my credit card company to request a refund.

GBDO NOT purchase from XHELI XHELI deserves no stars. I spent a significant amount on a quad copter. They send me a package that had obviously been opened. There was a fist sized wad of packing stuff lose in the box. Get this... there was mud on the foot pads of the Quad. Obviously sending me a returned item that should not have been returned. I could tell immediately after I opened the brown outer shipping box that something was wrong, yet they still packed it up and sent it to me as a "NEW" item. They have been hassling me about the return. They insist they didn't do it. They want pictures. Do not waste your money on these clowns. It is a hassle dealing with them. I've already wasted hours with no resolution.
