GBVery poor customer service and low quality items. I was searching for a specific RC Helicopter WLToys V931 and decided to buy from Xheli.com Unfortunately that choice wasn't in my best interest. First off the shipping cost was unreasonable for the $150.00 that I spent at their store. When I received the helicopter, it was broken in several places and the cosmetics of the v931 were less than poor. When I tried contacting them it was over a week before I finally was able to contact someone (after 6 emails and 5 "submit a tickets" which I received no response). All said they didn't refund the total amount that I spent on the helicopter. Unreliable customer service and poor products. I advise avoiding Xheli.com

GBNo customer service. Defective products They claim to sell pre-tested and flown helos. Mine was defective out of the box and the maiden flight resulted in a crash due to throttle problems. Warranty is now void. From the reviews I've read they are selling factory seconds or "repaired" returns. I tend to agree with that. Personally I'll buy my next one local from a reputable seller. These folks flat out don't give a damn and they don't have to.

GBCUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! you pick what you like, they ship it to you, you get it, your happy, you buy again, you pick, you pay, and IT NEVER SHOWS UP?, then you look for "CUSTOMER SERVICE", call their number, 5 out of 5 they are busy, meaning you wont ever get an answer, then you try chatting with them and they are like robots!, they are not so promising.... have no concern for your situation, they dont care... they just want your money...

GBScam Tactics and Poor Customer Service "I have ordered numerous helicopters, accessories, and parts in the past. Past orders I experienced good satisfaction, except for a bad battery in a $16 Syma S107 helicopter they would not replace. I did call them a few weeks after order about that problem. They would not do the right thing. What can I say....Poor customer service, seeing that I spent a few hundred on past orders. This last order as of August 23, 2012 was a big disappointment. Went to check out with 5 different helicopters in cart with free shipping offer, and after giving my credit card number and confirming order, they raised the prices on some of the helicopters. Pressed cancel button. Not sure if order went through or not. Not happy with these tactics. Time well tell if higher priced order went through. If it did, I will present case to credit card company, as I have printed copy of initial order. I am not sure if I will order again at some further time."

GBThe Jury is Still Out on Conducting Future Business With XHELI It is indeed disappointing that quality of XHELI's service is erratic. I bought a product from them earlier this year and within a day or two received notification that the order was shipped. I was pleased that the order arrived within another day or two. I ordered parts for a RC Helicopter and received notification that the order was shipped. A day after that i was asked to rate the company on their performance. Assuming that their services would be reflective of my last experience I provided them very good ratings. I waited a few days and notice that the part did not appear. Yesterday I received a very disappointing email stating that the product was back ordered and would not be shipped for a whopping 4-6 weeks. While I did not mind waiting, I was confused about the notification of shipment and then the email informing me that the product was back ordered. I have written an email to customer service and will see what their explanation is. I do hope that my notification of shipment, request for ratings regarding my experience with the company and then notification that the product was back ordered are merely coincidental and more importantly that this merchant can restore my faith in their services.
