GBThey will ignore you so you can't return item Received my ordered, took forever, quality was below what I expected have been trying to return product now for 2 weeks. I have sent 6 emails and 10 calls so far. No one ever answers the phone and I have received only one email reply asking for pictures which I provided. Now they are ignoring my calls and emails so I cannot return product. Had to dispute charges with my credit card company. I would never do business with their company again. I have never had such a bad experience with a vendor before. I warn everyone DO NOT order from this company you will be ripped off

GBshop at your own risk! I’ll never do business with this company again… ordered 2 helicopters – both defective. One flies so it really doesn’t matter that none of the lights work. The other one either won’t charge or just doesn’t have enough power to get off the ground. Numerous attempted calls – no answer. Numerous attempts at trying to do their web chat – no response. Several emails over 4 weeks – received 1 generic response that said they would update my issue and contact me asap – another week has gone by nothing more. Granted they were inexpensive helicopters, but what a major rip-off.

GBcraiggerator I have log onto X-Heli for weeks and weeks looking for parts for my heli, and all you EVER see is "OUT OF STOCK" on just about any part or new heli's. And not only is X-Heli that way almost any rc parts supplyer is the same way.

GBWatch out! They seem to be a scam I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option. They called me a week ago to tell me that one battery out of several things ordered was putting my 2nd day shipment order on hold because it is not in stock. They left a number to contact them and it is forever busy, I have called it 50 or 60 times now. Also, the email customer support seems to be non existent and impossible to find to even send them an email. It seems that they would want to take better care of their customers when they are spending 300 plus dollars on orders. Who knows...maybe it is just a scam.

GBCustomer no service I bought an inexpensive Agilely RC copter and received it promptly. After seeing it hold charge for less than 45 seconds and the direction control not working, I decided to contact XHeli. There's nobody home; not the toll free number, the standard number is always busy. I sent an email with no reply after a week. Online chat is always busy. I ended up calling my credit card company to request a refund.
