GBBait and Switch? Offered good price on a RC helicopter, but did not deliver - it turns out it was out of stock. Nobody told me until I inquired myself. I asked for a similarly priced helicopter that was now available. The price had gone up they said. It could have been an innocent mistake. But I think good business would have done the switch and kept the customer happy. It could easily be called "bait and switch" too. Would not recommend shopping there, there are many other places, which makes XHELI's actions even more odd. Be careful though, it seems many also offer good deal but then you have to wait 15-20 days to get it.

GBcustomer support I recently purchased about 300 dollars worth of mdse from Xheli. As a new rc person i ordered one inexpensive model to practice with,, of course i broke it within 5 minutes ,, MY Fault! but their online customer service told me that there were no parts available and i should have purchased a more expensive unit. Thye support the high end units ,, why not the low,, i even had the part number for them. If it was my business i would have at least offered a low cost replacement to scavange parts from

GBcraiggerator I have log onto X-Heli for weeks and weeks looking for parts for my heli, and all you EVER see is "OUT OF STOCK" on just about any part or new heli's. And not only is X-Heli that way almost any rc parts supplyer is the same way.

GBThe Jury is Still Out on Conducting Future Business With XHELI It is indeed disappointing that quality of XHELI's service is erratic. I bought a product from them earlier this year and within a day or two received notification that the order was shipped. I was pleased that the order arrived within another day or two. I ordered parts for a RC Helicopter and received notification that the order was shipped. A day after that i was asked to rate the company on their performance. Assuming that their services would be reflective of my last experience I provided them very good ratings. I waited a few days and notice that the part did not appear. Yesterday I received a very disappointing email stating that the product was back ordered and would not be shipped for a whopping 4-6 weeks. While I did not mind waiting, I was confused about the notification of shipment and then the email informing me that the product was back ordered. I have written an email to customer service and will see what their explanation is. I do hope that my notification of shipment, request for ratings regarding my experience with the company and then notification that the product was back ordered are merely coincidental and more importantly that this merchant can restore my faith in their services.

GBWatch out! They seem to be a scam I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option. They called me a week ago to tell me that one battery out of several things ordered was putting my 2nd day shipment order on hold because it is not in stock. They left a number to contact them and it is forever busy, I have called it 50 or 60 times now. Also, the email customer support seems to be non existent and impossible to find to even send them an email. It seems that they would want to take better care of their customers when they are spending 300 plus dollars on orders. Who knows...maybe it is just a scam.
