I tried to get in touch with them to cancel my order but they never answered me and now I have a book to return at the end of the rental period. Super inconvenient but otherwise the ease of use and finding a good deal on the book was nice!

Do not order from KNet Books. Company is a scam. I ordered a textbook from Knet, returned on time in perfect condition as I used the book only one time, yet they charged my credit card full replacement value of $382.91 due to water damage or maybe it never arrived, they were not sure. They did not return emails, have no phone number and offered NO proof my book was damaged in any way except the photo below. Seriously?! What book is this? Is it even the book I ordered? DO NOT ORDER from this company

Book arrived promptly and well… Book arrived promptly and well packaged. (The text to let me know it shipped scared me because I thought it meant it had been delivered and I hadn't received it yet. I would suggest that text having a header of "heads up" or "it's on its way"since "shipped" can mean in-transit or arrived.)
