Book took forever to Refused to Answer Queries Book took forever to get here and tracking they sent never updated. They refused to answer emails until after it was delivered--and were smug and unapologetic for the absence of service. Not a safe company to buy from. Crappy customer service and arrogant employees.

Poor Packaging = Wet Book The book was packaged poorly and then delivered in the rain. This means that half the book got soaking wet and is now wrinkly. This was a really expensive book to now have wrinkly pages. Bummer.

Best deal on a new copy I could find Best deal on a new copy of a nursing book I could find. My first order got cancelled, their system thought there were irregularities with my CC / information. Second time it went through fine. Would have appreciated an e-mail confirmation/tracking information but my daughter received the book within the ETA that was given.
