I’m a happy “CampSaver” I’ve been an REI member for decades. Not to minimize the force that is REI, but, as I recently am rebuilding my backpacking equipment after decades of child and now grandchild-rearing, I have searched for competitive deals across the web. CampSaver has universally been helpful in recommendations via phone and email (I’m rural) and I’m satisfied with my purchases. I think they’re amused by the grandmother desiring to return to the mountains (okay, with my knees, the hills). Dreams keep us alive.

Great company. Great customer service. I do not understand the bad reviews for this company. I got an amazing $50 off on 2 separate purchases ( total $100 ) because of their anniversary coupon. First item arrived very fast, a beautiful backpack. When I called with questions regarding shipping I was given accurate info. So pleased, I just ordered a second one. Thank you CampSaver!!

Campsaver Campsaver? How bout time waster! I took Campsaver.Com's invoice at face value after placing the order, it stated that shipping was FREE. But they came back saying it was a mistake and wanted me to pay $225 for shipping? Definitely not paying that, after the original invoice I have posted here stated the shipping was free. Spoke to upper management and they didn't really didn't want to honor their original invoice price either. They need to post shipping charges from the get go, instead of springing unwanted surprises on customers wasting everyone's time

excellent sales man Today I ordered man's Rab Neutrino down jacket. It was good deal with 20% discount coupon. Since I'm computer illiterate, it could be impossible to finish ordering. The staff named CHASE helped me step by step to the end. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Without his help I should have given up. He went thousands of steps further to help me. I've never met such a wonderful person. thank you very much CHASE!

This outfit is a scam and time waster This outfit is a scam and time waster. I ordered an expensive sleeping bag and air pad. After receiving a confirmation email, waiting days, they never bothered to email me that my order was canceled or gave a reason why. Don't waste your time with these clowns.
