Cancelled order after 1mo of waiting.. Bought a pair of boots that they said were in stock because other vendors were sold out of my size. After they credited my card, they sent me an email saying it was not in stock and wouldn't ship for 16-30 days. After waiting 30 days, they sent me an email saying they cancelled my order all together because of stocking issues. Absolutely horrific way to run an online retail store and in would not trust them with another purchase.

Campsaver Campsaver? How bout time waster! I took Campsaver.Com's invoice at face value after placing the order, it stated that shipping was FREE. But they came back saying it was a mistake and wanted me to pay $225 for shipping? Definitely not paying that, after the original invoice I have posted here stated the shipping was free. Spoke to upper management and they didn't really didn't want to honor their original invoice price either. They need to post shipping charges from the get go, instead of springing unwanted surprises on customers wasting everyone's time

Great company. Great customer service. I do not understand the bad reviews for this company. I got an amazing $50 off on 2 separate purchases ( total $100 ) because of their anniversary coupon. First item arrived very fast, a beautiful backpack. When I called with questions regarding shipping I was given accurate info. So pleased, I just ordered a second one. Thank you CampSaver!!

Scam concerns 😟 I have no idea how they managed to get my details and kept sending me emails without my consent. I have unsubscribed severally, junked and marked them fishing and yet they manage to still have access to my email. I believe they could be working with super hacking software that can get access to anyones file as they want, otherwise how come the above and this is a huge security concern 😟. Becareful guys.

This was not a good experience This was not a good experience. I made a large several item order. No acknowledgement. Three weeks later, I received one item that was marked irregular. When I eventually got a hold of customer service, which was in and of itself a challenge, they said they would precess a return, but I have heard nothing. Camp savers is not a legit site. Beware.
