Submitted an order by mistake, then tried everything possible to cancel that order, only to no avail: called them multiple times but nobody answered; wrote them multiple emails and only to be notified, in two days, that my package had been shipped out and there was nothing they could do about it. Such company should not exist, period!

excellent sales man Today I ordered man's Rab Neutrino down jacket. It was good deal with 20% discount coupon. Since I'm computer illiterate, it could be impossible to finish ordering. The staff named CHASE helped me step by step to the end. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Without his help I should have given up. He went thousands of steps further to help me. This company is shady This company is shady. Had a backorder mysteriously cancelled after two months -unavailable. Purchased the same piece of gear he next day (had to pay more). Now I'm waiting on another order because they are "busy". Waiting for the cancellation... Shop elsewhere
