The rope isn’t even old and near end of shelf life - manufactured only 3 months ago. I almost didn’t buy it because of the negative reviews on here, but a friend assured me it’s a legit site so I bought the rope. Great deal, fast shipping - they are way legit 😃

A positive review of Campsaver I purchased an Alps Blaze -20 sleeping bag from Campsaver. Then I read all these horrible reviews. My purchase wasn't confirmed. I thought I had been scammed. I called their store to try to see if they were real. Jake took my call. Apologized. Acknowledged that their online side often got overwhelmed. He was patient, promised to look into my order and respond. Not an hour later, my package was delivered. Campsaver was 10% less than the lowest price I could find online. And they were the first to deliver. It is difficult to find outdoor stores that offer such sharp pricing on high level performance gear. Campsaver does. It is tough these days to find customer service like I experienced with Jake. The prices drew me in. The quick delivery and customer service like I experienced with Jake have turned me into a customer.

Scam concerns 😟 I have no idea how they managed to get my details and kept sending me emails without my consent. I have unsubscribed severally, junked and marked them fishing and yet they manage to still have access to my email. I believe they could be working with super hacking software that can get access to anyones file as they want, otherwise how come the above and this is a huge security concern 😟. Becareful guys.

I wish I could give them 0 star I wish I could give them 0 star, which is all they deserve. Submitted an order by mistake, then tried everything possible to cancel that order, only to no avail: called them multiple times but nobody answered; wrote them multiple emails and only to be notified, in two days, that my package had been shipped out and there was nothing they could do about it. Such company should not exist, period!

Poor customer service, slow shipping, backorders Good prices, but slow shipping, poor customer service, and your backordered item (which a lot are on campsaver...) will hold up your entire order for months only for them to tell you (once you've complained it hasn't been shipped AND you haven't even heard a word about it) it's no longer available and the other things will finally be shipped.. stick with rei, backcountry, enwild and the other good outdoorsy stores. Campsaver sucks.
