Poor customer service Called and asked for more information on the product (systema challenge kit) on if it was new or used, what all was included, what year the model was, if it was parted out or returned, etc etc. All I got back from the unenthusiastic phone assistant was "Externals only" which I could clearly read for myself as that was on the website. New ownership same low expectations!

Great Company Now that the conversion is complete - I am very happy with the timing and speed of Air Splat. They've added more shipping options, and are very prompt on their delivery. I've had an account with Airsplat for several years now, and was ancy with the change of ownership and how it would effect my account. So far I am very happy with the changes.

Sent me a completely different item rather than the one I ordered. Never responded to my email I sent regarding my order Ordered a GHK G5 hop up unit to replace my broken hop up. Gas Guns+ Plastic parts = it breaks over time. It happens. Although the item arrived in the mailbox in a timely manner, I received a hop up unit for an entirely different platform. I sent an email regarding the issue with the order and I never got a response back. Do yourself a Favor and order Airsoft items from reputable sites such as evike.com (even ehobby is better than ordering from Airsplat). I ordered from Airsplat since it was the only closest online retailer to me that carried the item as I needed the item in a hurry. I was willing to take the risk by not listening to others who had awful experiences with Airsplat. And this happened. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. It's not worth the risk and headache.
