Expected more. I placed my order, and my card was charged. I didn't receive any communication. After two days, I wrote the company, and received an email stating that they did have my order, but it hadn't shipped yet due to an upgrade of the shipping software. I was told that for the delay, I would receive a free bottle of green gas (in addition to the two cans I had ordered). After that, more silence. No shipping notification, no tracking numbers, just silence. When my package eventually arrived, it contained what I had ordered, but the free gas promised? Nowhere to be found. I will be finding another vendor for my purchases.

Very uneducated and unorganized. I cannot write a review without selecting one star. But actually it should be zero or negative Stars. Airsplat is only good when the order is perfect and no defect. they have terrible customer service. I have several bad experience with them. One of them is when I ordered a rifle before and everything went smooth because the computer is doing the job. You place an order online, the shipping Department receives it, they put the Box in shipping, and then you receive it and if there's no problems it looks perfect. But I had another experience when I had to deal with customer service and it was a nightmare. I returned an item and I got a around before I got my refund. Somebody named Moses promised me that I will get my refund in 5 to 7 days. After 7 days no refund and when I called back they told me that no refund was processed. I was put on hold for a long time several times and I can't even get to talk to the manager. After 30 days of trying to get a hold of the manager I finally talked to somebody named Sebastian who claimed he was a manager. Then he tells me that there is no refund on the item that I bought. Then I told him that I know their return policy and he better stop playing games with me. He put me on hold for a long time and finally change his story. He said he will process the refund in 5 to 7 days. This company is no different than a mail-order backyard garage. They don't even know their policies. If it takes more than 30 days and several phone calls and headaches for me to get my refund I will never ever do business with them again.

Service with outside customer. Recently I ordered few items as parts or second hand. There was a delay I called to see if the order was being processed. They answered my questions, provided best assistance to resolving my needs, and finally did the impossible by refunding few dollars and sending off my much needed items quickly. Very satisfied customer!

Their sale prices were outstanding, some items didnt ship though Their sale prices were outstanding! My order shipped pretty quick considering how busy they were, but the shipment notification was delayed a few days. Some items in my order were canceled because they were out of stock.

If i'm being honest... If i'm being honest, Airsplat is historically not a very transparent retailer. It's hard to get tracking info without calling several times, they ship partial orders without notifying you of missing items you were able to successfully put in your cart, etc. Not a great business model for longevity. Customer service is either really professional and helpful or just totally useless, no degree in between. I typically only order here when there is a ridiculous sale happening (like Thunder B Player packs for $7.50...) Shipping is also crazy expensive but I think that's becoming true across all retailers. My advice, if they have something no one else has, awesome. If not, shop around for quality of service and ease of customer support.
