Sent me a completely different item rather than the one I ordered. Never responded to my email I sent regarding my order Ordered a GHK G5 hop up unit to replace my broken hop up. Gas Guns+ Plastic parts = it breaks over time. It happens. Although the item arrived in the mailbox in a timely manner, I received a hop up unit for an entirely different platform. I sent an email regarding the issue with the order and I never got a response back. Do yourself a Favor and order Airsoft items from reputable sites such as evike.com (even ehobby is better than ordering from Airsplat). I ordered from Airsplat since it was the only closest online retailer to me that carried the item as I needed the item in a hurry. I was willing to take the risk by not listening to others who had awful experiences with Airsplat. And this happened. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. It's not worth the risk and headache.

AirSplat changed my order I ordered an NcStar Precision Bipod from AirSplat. I paid for an NcStar Bipod from AirSplat and AirSplat sent me confirmation they had shipped an NcStar Bipod. I received (very late shipping) a cheapo UTG bipod that will not fit my AR15. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks. I just purchased the CORRECT bipod from OpticsPlanet. I should have checked the internet, there are hundreds of bad reviews for AirSplat. I will never buy from this bad company again.

I bought a boneyard gun and the gun … I bought a boneyard gun and the gun came in great shape!! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the gun was! Sure the gun had a few missing parts and things wrong with it, but those problems were listed in the description. Shipping was a little slow, I had zero communication as far as shipping/tracking info - I had to call to get the information. 4 stars because I had to call to figure out where my package was, if it even shipped, and get a tracking number.

Ordered about 400$ worth of stuff. So far I haven't received tracking info or confirmation my order has shipped (even paid extra for expedited shipping) my order still says "processing" on their website. It was supposed to ship out on Friday and I have yet to hear from them or receive any updates. If they contact me today with a valid explanation and if everything arrives in one piece I will likely change my review but until then they'll get two stars.

Excellent customer service. I had ordered a steyr aug A2, and after it had arrived I took it out of the box and shot it a few times, it performed better than I had anticipated. Up until it just stopped working. I had thought all was lost until airsplat contacted ME about getting it repaired. The representative was understanding and helpful. She restored my faith in airsplat. I wish I could have remembered her name so I could mention her remarkable customer support skills.
