Poor customer service, no tracking info. Placed an order and received no confirmation email or tracking number. Called customer support twice about this and all they did was give me and order number which is completely useless. It's been two weeks and I still don't have what I ordered. This is the first time I've ordered from air splat in years and I can definitely say it is my last.

Complete lack of communication Second time I've ordered something and it was out of stock. Both times i recieved no notice of the item being out of stock and had to call tonfind out why i had recieved no email on shipping confirmation or order status. Poor business conduct and communication.

fantastic company to work with i've purchased from airsplat several times. their product descriptions match exactly what i've received. shipping and delivery are excellent. they're definitely my first go to when i need to research and purchase airsoft supplies. i highly recommend their site.

I bought a boneyard gun and the gun … I bought a boneyard gun and the gun came in great shape!! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the gun was! Sure the gun had a few missing parts and things wrong with it, but those problems were listed in the description. Shipping was a little slow, I had zero communication as far as shipping/tracking info - I had to call to get the information. 4 stars because I had to call to figure out where my package was, if it even shipped, and get a tracking number.

Their sale prices were outstanding, some items didnt ship though Their sale prices were outstanding! My order shipped pretty quick considering how busy they were, but the shipment notification was delayed a few days. Some items in my order were canceled because they were out of stock.
