Waste of money… Very bad products. Bought three gel ball blasters and they break down after 2-3 hours of use. Opened the firing mechanism up on all 3 of my broken guns to find the internals break down and fall to pieces. Very cheap manufacturing of product. Customer service did not care. If you want somewhere to waste your money I would highly recommend buying a gel ball blaster from this website.

Had a minor product issue that was promptly addressed. I purchased an Arrows Hobby 1300mm Bigfoot (great flying plane) but ran into a minor issue. One side of the rudder servo was partially stripped. Hobby Zone made a significant effort to promptly get me e replacement servo.

Plane looks pretty good but packaging &… Plane looks pretty good but packaging & instructions really suck. Should not have to figure out which screw is which & where it goes in the plane.

WHEN I SEE PAYPAL PAYMENT NOTIFICATION, IT SEEMS I SIMULTANEOUSLY SEE STATUS MOVED TO SHIP. I OFTEN RECEIVE THE ITEM FASTER THAN THE ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM TELLS ME THAT IT'S OUT FOR DELIVERY.
