GBHad a minor product issue that was promptly addressed. I purchased an Arrows Hobby 1300mm Bigfoot (great flying plane) but ran into a minor issue. One side of the rudder servo was partially stripped. Hobby Zone made a significant effort to promptly get me e replacement servo.

GBHobby Zone Customer Service I ordered an Arrow Prodigy on line from Hobby Zone. I been buying rc planes for 20 years. 10 this year. After placing order with Hobby Zone on line and reviewing my credit card statement, which I do daily, I noticed I was billed for (3) planes. I immediately tried to call Hobby Zone, which is useless. I then sent an email to Hobby Zone to see why I would order 3 of the same planes. Haven’t heard or received any info from hobby zone. Love products but will not deal with Hobby Zone again. Will go to competitor. Going to bank to discuss my options against hobby zone including possible fraud or mistake on my part. Ridiculous not being able to contact Hobby zone. I advise people to use other companies for rc planes & parts or realize you will receive no customer service. Company has become to big.

GBSeveral times I was told I was told a… Several times I was told I was told a return label would be sent to me. Never happed! So I have lost trust in Hobby Zone and will look elsewhere for planes/parts. Customer trust means a lot to me. Dave
