Several times I was told I was told a… Several times I was told I was told a return label would be sent to me. Never happed! So I have lost trust in Hobby Zone and will look elsewhere for planes/parts. Customer trust means a lot to me. Dave

Products are not high quality RC and bad refund policy I received the product in good condition and on time. However, it was not what my gift recipient wanted because it was more for a child (not a quality RC item) and emailed them to find out how to return it. They replied quickly and asked me to send a video of the product and they would decide whether or not I could be refunded. That is a terrible policy and after 2 weeks, I still have not heard back from them. I guess I am stuck with the product. I will not be buying anything from them again.

Waste of money… Very bad products. Bought three gel ball blasters and they break down after 2-3 hours of use. Opened the firing mechanism up on all 3 of my broken guns to find the internals break down and fall to pieces. Very cheap manufacturing of product. Customer service did not care. If you want somewhere to waste your money I would highly recommend buying a gel ball blaster from this website.

Ok I was very disappointed by the… Ok I was very disappointed by the technical knowledge of your customer support. When I asked about a battery box for one of your radio transmitters, they replied that they didn't have a battery door cover. When I clarified. my request they returned with a battery box that I doubt would fit any radio transmitter. Only after I corrected them again did they return with an acceptable part.
