Had a minor product issue that was promptly addressed. I purchased an Arrows Hobby 1300mm Bigfoot (great flying plane) but ran into a minor issue. One side of the rudder servo was partially stripped. Hobby Zone made a significant effort to promptly get me e replacement servo.

Nice planes and controllers Nice planes and controllers. I bought them to use SAFE mode and can’t get it to work in switchable mode and could not get the information from them to make it work. Hence as a beginner I had the plane crash on the first flight and destroyed the very nice plane.
