Scam Scam! They are in trouble and cheating! You dont get product and they dont make any refund as well!!!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I spent $570 on a rc car charger and battery. However the charger is defective and as I emailed Rcplanet (could not reach anyone on the phone) I was advised to call the warranty company) I never even used the charger and I have to pay to ship to The factory. As I email Rcplanet again to ask about the 14 bucks that I had to pay I was then offered a shipping label . I also just spent another $140 after the $570 . If I knew they treated there customers like this I would never have done so. Shame on me for not buying local.

Refund received RC Planet did send a refund for parts not in stock. It is better when a company does not charge your credit card until parts have shipped, but I appreciate the refund.
