Not happy customers Not happy customers. Sent payment on 9/1 (due 9/27) and this payment was applied as extra payment for August statement since we didn't realize closing date was 9/2 and we got a late fee added on 9/27. We asked for the fee to be taken off and have the account fixed since it was messed up by 1 DAY. Nope won't do it. So dissatisfied with the poor customer service. UNPROFESSIONAL

Two miserable men having to work and deliver my product despite being delivery drivers Beyond rude,difficult to get them to deliver in room of choice,every excuse going. Difficulty getting them to open and removing packaging despite agreed on contract. Barely spoke unlese to complain about the job. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company like the plague . LIZ

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Cashier was nasty. Yelled to be, “don’t be putting nothing big up on that belt.” I asked what she considered big and she said, “I ain’t liftin’ no soda.” I decided to go to another line, but then decided to just leave my full cart and go to Walmart.

NOW I HAVE TO FILE DISPUTES W ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS..
