Management is awful Management is awful, maybe if they stop micro managing and become team player , jump in and help out. 7 time I have gone there and no one working at the food stand, they say we have no one to work the concession. But will have a greeter at the entrance. So not needed!!!..other employees standing around talking. Like the lady was today . She could have kept it open if she worked it instead of socializing with a cashier.

I was purchasing (2) 2 packs of Olay… I was purchasing (2) 2 packs of Olay Regenerist Moisturizer for $46.99 x2 = $94.00. I had two - $10.00 off 2 Olay Regenerist moisturizing creams giving me $10.00 off each 2pk. The Cashier & cashier supervisor both said I have to purchase two separate 2 packs (totaling 4 jars) Spend $94.00 to get $10.00 off. So I have to purchase the 4 jars to get $10 off. Can’t wait for Costco’s to come to Albany, NY. Won’t be renewing my membership with BJ’s

1Annoyed Customer 1. The Customer Care Department is the PITS!! No one never answer the phone. 2. BJs quality of meat, especially the boneless skinless chicken breasts, has deteriorated. They brand it Perdue's, but it's definitely not!! 3. Where one could get 2 slabs of baby back ribs for $16-$20+, you now only get 1 slab for $13+. 4. When using Same Day Delivery, the shoppers do not communicate with the customer in case changes need to be made. 5. IN ALL TOTAL, SOME SERIOUS CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE!!!

BJ's should get out of the fruits and vegetables buisness BJ's non-perishable goods and packed/sealed perishables like cheeses, juices, etc. are fine. However, many fresh fruit and vegetable items are not. I recently purchased a bag of tangerines and one of blueberries from their Port Orange store. The tangerines were mostly rotten and had to be disposed of and ½ of the blueberries were spoiled.
