Extremely poor management and customer service Tire department had 1 empoyee working and he was filling propane tanks, installing tires and manning the register. I had a 12pm appointment am currently writing this review in the writing room at almost 4pm. Probably will never stop at BJs again because of this experience. The worker Kyle was cool and deserves a raise, because I would have quit. He was given no assistance at all. Avoid this tire shop completely. I ordered my tires online so had to wait for them to retrieve them, otherwise I would have canceled my order. They need to shut the tire department down until they can adequately staff it.

stale carrot cake I've shopped at the Clay NY location for about 2 years. I have to be observant of prices because many items are cheaper elsewhere. But my biggest complaint by far, is their bakery. The Wellsley Farms baked goods are never good. Recently purchased a 2-layer round carrot cake, it was dry, stale, and lacked flavor. Carrot cake should contain shredded carrot, raisins, walnuts, and some recipes pineapple; this cake had hardly any of the ingredients. The whole cake had maybe 8 raisins total, no nuts that I could detect, and only once did I find a single piece of shredded carrot. It was basically a dry stale spice cake. Definitely not worth the $20 spent.

Two miserable men having to work and deliver my product despite being delivery drivers Beyond rude,difficult to get them to deliver in room of choice,every excuse going. Difficulty getting them to open and removing packaging despite agreed on contract. Barely spoke unlese to complain about the job. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this company like the plague . LIZ

Stay clear of this merchant Stay clear of this merchant. It has a track record of not honoring many reward offers. Customer service is terrible, all words, no actions. Have to cancel my memership after more than 10 years. Enough is enough.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Cashier was nasty. Yelled to be, “don’t be putting nothing big up on that belt.” I asked what she considered big and she said, “I ain’t liftin’ no soda.” I decided to go to another line, but then decided to just leave my full cart and go to Walmart.
