GBI visited the Boss shop at Sloane… I visited the Boss shop at Sloane square, London, today as I had accidentally ripped my Hugo Boss black jeans at the office. I was looked after by Yana who was fantastic! Excellent customer service and I left wearing a replacement pair of black Boss jeans. Lovely clean shop and friendly staff, I shall certainly be returning as I am not a huge fan of online shopping, especially returning items which don't fit or look different in real life. Thank you!

GBBeen buying many boss items over the… Been buying many boss items over the years for my son & haven’t had any trouble, but bought a pair of headlow boss shorts from jd and my son has literally worn them 8 hours & they’ve gone bobbly even though it’s cotton, I haven’t even washed them . Not happy at all I probably won’t be purchasing boss items again as the material is not what it use to be . I’ve put in a complaint to jd so waiting on the pathetic reply

GBI’d like to give Hugo Boss zero stars… I’d like to give Hugo Boss zero stars but I’m not sure that’s possible. Purchased a couple of items from them. Very very poor quality. Fabric tore when I went to wore the item on the first occasion. Their ‘Customer Care’ department needs a new name. Something which contains couldn’t care less is more appropriate

SKHorrible experience Horrible experience with online shop. Live chat is totally useless, customer service just keeps on ignoring me, either you get a generic reply to wait or no reply at all. They received my returned order a month ago, still no refund, no reply. The reason for return - poor fabric quality. Will not shop there anymore.

GBGood luck returning anything at all I've been trying to return a Christmas sweater since the new year. Every time I call them and ask for a simple return label, they say our team will email it to you within 5-7 business days. They give me the same run-around and say we're on it without ever doing anything and I think the people you talk to on the phone know about it and they just answer the next call and say give us a week to each customer without actually doing anything. With Amazon, you'll get a return label by the time you get off the phone. I can't see how a company as big as HB is this inefficient but obviously they are, so I won't ever purchase a product from them again.
