GBHorrible customer service Our package arrived with significantly more dead bees than our two previous packages from another company. The feeder can had NO holes so the bees were not able to feed during shipment. They seemed much more sluggish than the others we installed this Spring. I called to complain, Laura seemed unconcerned, just said she didn't package them for shipment. No real apology, did not offer another package or a discount on this package. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will not recommend or ever order bees from Pigeon Mt. again.

GBMisleading product description… Misleading product description necessitated a return. They could care less. Did not provide return shipping label. Avoid this company like the plague!
