They are very supportive in solving any issues with your Apple products, i.e. Macbook Air, iPhone 12, and my Apple watch. Every time I call them they are consistently kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They should receive more positive accolades for the excellent work they do!

GBRude, unsympathetic and unaccountable support I needed an invoice and contacted support. I was told it was the wrong support channel and they'd put me through to the right one. They didn't, I was promptly ignored until finally, I got the below response. Do better Apple. Follow through with what you say you will do and if a colleague falls below the expected standard, be a team player and share accountability. Fix the problem, don't pass off the blame. Disappointing that a brand like Apple could put Hinner in a customer-facing role. I wouldn't be surprised if they've outsourced their support abroad. 'Thanks for contacting us. This is Hinner again from the Apple Care Email Advisor Team. This case will be closed now as you keep contacting the wrong support channel. Future emails about this case will not be answered.'

GBAccidental Apple Music purchase After an accidental purchase of an Apple Music subscription, went to report it to reportaproblem.apple.com and was denied twice for my “accidental purchase” request with no reason. If this option is not valid to get a refund why is it even there? Absolutely unacceptable, a big company like this is after small money. Google’s refund policies are 100 times better than this disgusting company.

Itunes is worst program i used in my life , never ever buying new iphone in my life , iphone got in restore mode and i need to restore it with itunes , when i try to do this program says itunes needs to be updated to latest version , but when i try to update, it says its already latest version of itunes.. worst experience ..

GBWhereas the actual music is great, films leave a lot to be desired. Whereas the actual music is great, the films leave a lot to be desired.I ordered a number of films and discovered one doesn’t have subtitles/closed captioning, as I have a significant hearing loss this an issue. When I complained I was given a link to a list which I was told I should have checked before ordering. I'm not psychic! This list is not available anywhere on the iTunes site. I now go to Amazon (UK) where it tells you if there are subtitles/closed captions and if they've accidentally marked it wrongly or you accidentally purchased it then you can ask for and get an immediate refund.
