There is no hope for HH There is no hope for HH. Once the R/C car crowd dumps them, it's over. Being able to walk into my LHS and purchase integrated products based on the Spektrum universe was the draw. Now, CS is non existent. They can't even stock recommended batteries for the new airplanes. They killed hobby shops with shrinking margins. Albeit inconvenient, I have moved back to Futaba and put Horizon and it's gluttony of foam in my rear view mirror.

The customer service in this company is… The customer service in this company is a joke. You can only chat online and every agent is either not trained or given proper information or just lies. In 20min i got 10 different excuses from 10 different agents on a straight forward question. Their website is always is wrong when it comes to inventory and the only way to figure that out is to buy something and see if it actually ships even though its listed as in stock. Stay away.

Buyer beware Buyer beware. Returned a product on 12/15 and to date have not received a credit. Terrible customer service and thieves of money. GO ELSEWHERE. I don't usually bother with reviews but their behavior is borderline criminal in my mind and they should be shut down for their shoddy business practice.

Totally s""t company they have… Totally s""t company they have suppliers taking ya money and absolutely no idea when stock will arrive in UK. They must be losing customers daily I've done modeling all my life and never had to put deposits down on goods and 3 month later no idea what so ever when they will be delivered. Someone is making a mint out of this in interest alone. Be nice for a response but there won't be any because there a company that doesn't give a monkeys .

Buyer beware… This company is not… Buyer beware… This company is not accredited with the BBB. They are in the process of selling faulty equipment and acting illegally in a felonious manner as a result. They are aware that many of their differentials and other critical components in the vehicles are subpar and faulty from the Chinese manufacturer and are continuing to sell them anyways. E.I the GROMS. This is felony neglect,amounting to $1000’s in damages to the consumer. They need to be sued.
