After being let down by our builder and… After being let down by our builder and his favoured supplier, my brother recommended I try Alpine and I can see why. The service from Alpine has been magnificent, start to finish. Alpine were quick to provide a quotation to meet our needs whilst taking into account what we were looking to achieve with the entire extension. The doors and windows were installed within 3 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the finished look.

Do not use this company at all Do not use this company, total waste of time. Invalid Web address, take your deposit, and when cancel the deal, you don't get your deposit back!!!! Need reporting to rouge traders

Avoid! We placed two orders with this diabolical company. First order Consevatory- high spec was promised. The supposed completed work was atrocious and took over a month to rectify. We had an abusive phone conservation with Dean(a manager?) Demanding money which he was advised would be paid on completion Second order Windows & door- date set and confirmed no fitted Rrived, no explanation . Rang the company no answer. Luckily we had not paid a deposit as we had agreed due to the mess up with the conservatory we would again pay on completion. I would no recommend this company

Would highly recommend. Would highly recommend Alpine aluminium. Extended our house with an opening for a bi fold door. Alpine aluminium went above and beyond and gave me the best quote. Everything was straight forward and ran smoothly. The office staff were brilliant and keep in contact with me through the whole process. The fitters were very clean and polite leaving our bi folds looking stunning on our extension. Outstanding service throughout Alpine. Thank you very much I would highly recommend.

Disgusting company Disgusting company. Ordered bifolds in October - saw a number of good reviews. Was informed by Ross that the doors could be fitted in 3-4 weeks, delayed survey appointment by 2 weeks, then when asking about installation was told 3-4 weeks from 1st November, I advised that I need Fitting before Christmas this was guaranteed. Date changed to 16/12/2019 to then be cancelled by email late on 13/12/2019 due to “high winds” met office confirms there was no high winds or weather issues sunny all day, No replies to emails or calls. Disgusting. All I can say Is that I agree the positive reviews must be fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
