Fantastic After reading the reviews me and my husband decided to visit their office. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything in depth and answered any questions we had. After deciding to go with Alpine the survey ran very smoothly and again the team answered our questions in depth. The installation team went above and beyond and paid attention to detail leaving our property neat and tidy. Our bi folds and roof lantern look amazing and are high quality. Thank you very much would definitely recommend.

Having a new window and/or conservatory isn’t an every day thing but I would go back to Alpine Aluminium every time and I can not recommend them enough to anyone else. Excellent product, great customer service. After searching all over looking for a high quality sliding door at a reasonable price I came across Alpine and found information on their new "Super slimline sliding door". the salesman quoted me within a matter of minutes and i ordered the same day as it was the slimmest door I could find at such a good price!! Amazing service, couldn't be happier. 100% would recommend.

Disgusting company Disgusting company. Ordered bifolds in October - saw a number of good reviews. Was informed by Ross that the doors could be fitted in 3-4 weeks, delayed survey appointment by 2 weeks, then when asking about installation was told 3-4 weeks from 1st November, I advised that I need Fitting before Christmas this was guaranteed. Date changed to 16/12/2019 to then be cancelled by email late on 13/12/2019 due to “high winds” met office confirms there was no high winds or weather issues sunny all day, No replies to emails or calls. Disgusting. All I can say Is that I agree the positive reviews must be fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
