Well the saga continues!! Well the saga continues!!! Despite having an engineer visiting us on the 17/06/19 and fixing part of our problem.. he noticed more issues with the bi-folding doors and gave us a service report which we expected to be addressed as soon as possible despite several emails with the customer service, nothing has happened! I never dealt with such a poor customer after care.. it looks like as soon they get your payment, they forget about their due diligence! Avoid at all costs!

Avoid! We placed two orders with this diabolical company. First order Consevatory- high spec was promised. The supposed completed work was atrocious and took over a month to rectify. We had an abusive phone conservation with Dean(a manager?) Demanding money which he was advised would be paid on completion Second order Windows & door- date set and confirmed no fitted Rrived, no explanation . Rang the company no answer. Luckily we had not paid a deposit as we had agreed due to the mess up with the conservatory we would again pay on completion. I would no recommend this company

Fantastic service from start to finish Fantastic service from start to finish. From ordering them with sales who took the time to understand what I needed. I ordered the AP45 sliding door at a great price. Installation was smooth from when the fitters first arrived until they took me on a walk round of the install and showed me how the doors should be worked. Lastly I would like to mention the customer service team who were very informative and attentive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

Had bi fold doors fitted in September,malfunction after a week Had bi fold doors fitted in September. After 1 week the doors malfunctioned.Now I cannot open the doors.Reported the issue and still await any repair from Alpine Aluminium.Apparently has a 15 year Gaurantee, not worth the paper it is written on. Communication was poor throughout the actual purchase.Would not recommend & wish I had used another firm.Do not buy from this company.

Fantastic company Fantastic company. I had an issue with my bathroom doors opening properly upon purchasing a new house. A constant source of annoyance when you have a wife and young child to look after, as you can imagine. A friend recommended Alpine Aluminium and their helpful team sorted me out a great quote, quick fitting and a result which means I no longer get nagged from the wife and my child about "why won't it shut properly?!". Would definitely recommend
