I have always bought my pools and pool… I have always bought my pools and pool supplies from Namco. Especially with the pool packages, it includes EVERYTHING you need to get a pool installed in full working order and nothing has ever been missing from the delivered packages. Getting my second pool from them in a couple weeks and will install it immediately with no worries about craftsmanship.

It is really hard to buy a pool without a pool contractor to install the above ground pool. I would recommend hosting a job fair to advertise the pool contractor or an open house.

Namco Excellent service! I just went to Namco on route 1 in peabody. This store has Excellent customer service from the very beginning. I went to Namco and needed to have my pool water tested & needed some parts for our pool & Henry explained in detail all about our water, helped me find my pool parts and all with a smile on his face. He was happy to help me & he’s extremely knowledgeable about pool supplies & pools, very bright young man. If you need anything related to your pool go to Namco! Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into that store!

12/23/22 - Disgraceful - Southington Location. 12/23/22: I will be reaching out to your corporate office about absolutely disgusting and uncalled for service we received from your Southington location. We did not pay $9000 to be treated like garbage by your store manager. We purchased all the recommended coverages only to be told to go outside and fix it ourselves. This isn't over.
