Most places offer free shipping now days for bigger, more expensive items and this cover is already quit a bit more cash than your competitors.

Service Above and Beyond Want to thank Erica T. from Poughkeepsie NY store. She is the best with customer service and has a great knowledge of pools. I showed her a picture of the algae and debris that took over my pool during the off season. Following her instructions and proper usage of the products she sold me, my pool is now sparkling crystal clear. I pass two other pool stores to go see Erica and I plan on continuing to do so. I’ve been steered wrong in the past and now look forward to speaking with Erica again with any pool concerns. She has earned my trust.

It is really hard to buy a pool without a pool contractor to install the above ground pool. I would recommend hosting a job fair to advertise the pool contractor or an open house.

No hassle return At the end of last year's season, I purchased a pool with all the trimmings. This year, as I'm getting everything set up, I discovered there were a lot of town rules about how & where I could position my new gas heater for the pool. It was going to be such a bother that I decided to see if I could just return in & live with a solar cover. Michelle & Destiny in Poughkeepsie couldn't have been more helpful! They were able to accept the return (minus a restocking fee). This was a huge relief & much appreciated. They were great last year when I purchased everything & continue their undeniable customer satisfaction policy.
