Order delivered and boxes were open on… Order delivered and boxes were open on both ends- stuff spilling out of boxes. no packing slips showing parts included or instructions for installing and appears to be missing parts for top of fence. Now need to try to contact someone at store to try to figure out what is missing and how to resolve

Real fast delivery, getting excited for the new pool season! Made the replacement pool liner purchase on Saturday morning. The pool liner was delivered the following Tuesday !!!!!!!!! We were shocked and surprised with the super fast delivery. I haven't installed the liner yet, and will write a follow up comment in the near future. Thank you Namco !!

Professional and Accommodating The price for the pool heater was the lowest I could find. The on-line ordering procedure was straight forward and convenient. I inquired about an expedited delivery, and I was answered immediately. I was told 7-10 days, but they would try to speed up the delivery. About one hour after I placed my order on-line, Namco called to inform me that I would receive the heater the next day (less than 24 hours). The heater was actually delivered the following morning. The delivery personnel were polite and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with at Namco were professional, friendly and accommodating.

No hassle return At the end of last year's season, I purchased a pool with all the trimmings. This year, as I'm getting everything set up, I discovered there were a lot of town rules about how & where I could position my new gas heater for the pool. It was going to be such a bother that I decided to see if I could just return in & live with a solar cover. Michelle & Destiny in Poughkeepsie couldn't have been more helpful! They were able to accept the return (minus a restocking fee). This was a huge relief & much appreciated. They were great last year when I purchased everything & continue their undeniable customer satisfaction policy.
