GBPoor Corporate Customer service and relations! We are experiencing an issue with the liner (seam separation), the local store we purchased the pool from has been great and helpful. In speaking to Lynn from corporate customer service, who was rude, condescending, and un-appathetic. I am very disheartened with our experience and based on our experience with corporate customer service Lynn will likely refer friends and family to other local pool companies as I would never want another person to ever have an experience like this. The only reason I gave it a one star is because of the local store (Swansea, MA) manager's and staff's willingness to go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation and make us whole.

GBPool company arrived to install pool Pool company arrived to install pool. Hayward pump/ Waterway filter..not compatible. I had to drive to Namco..on a Sunday..at 2:30 while having an appointment at 5 ..Shelton to Orange..very stressful. I received NO credit for the inconvenience or for the fact that I ordered a Hayward filter which I know is more expensive/better quality than the Waterway.This is the second pool I have purchased from Namco..very disappointed with lack of regard for my inconvenience/ wrong order.

GBI am leaving this review for an…employee I am leaving this review for an employee, Aileen Gracy. We purchased a pool from Namco and with Covid there were a few delays and glitches. Aileen went above and beyond to help us. Aileen truly is a class act that absolutely understands customer service. Aileen is an incredible communicator, she does what she says she is going to do and she has been a pleasure to deal with. We are currently dealing with another snag on our pool and she has stepped right up to help us, we are grateful for her. Namco you are lucky to have an employee like her, she is one of the only ones from your company that has been reliable and consistent for us. Five stars for her ALL DAY LONG!!

GB12/23/22 - Disgraceful - Southington Location. 12/23/22: I will be reaching out to your corporate office about absolutely disgusting and uncalled for service we received from your Southington location. We did not pay $9000 to be treated like garbage by your store manager. We purchased all the recommended coverages only to be told to go outside and fix it ourselves. This isn't over.

GBLarge selection of pool equipment Large selection of pool equipment. Namco needs to get a private pool contractor affiliated with installing above ground pool. It is really hard to buy a pool without a pool contractor to install the above ground pool. I would recommend hosting a job fair to advertise the pool contractor or an open house.
