Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service. Order did take over 2 months and tracking info was not up to date, but every inquiry was answered promptly and in great detail. Product was high quality and would order again when pandemic subsides.

6 month wait for the paint canvases to arrive I ordered 2 canvases from Paint By Numbers. The tracking number was sent immediately and as it was being shipped from China, I knew it would take awhile to arrive. Contacted Paint By Numbers 2 months later to ask if I would receive them soon, Alexandra explains I would receive them shortly. Not recieved for another month, emailed again requesting a refund. Was told second set of canvases would be posted out urgently, no mention of a refund. Finally got an email from Alexandra 6 months after first purchasing the canvases saying they were at the post office and ready to collect. Now I have recieved the canvases they appear to be good quality canvases, not sure about the quality of the paints as I have not opened them yet. Very disappointed about the length of time i had to wait, as I was looking forward to painting the canvases several months ago!

The Colour contrasts so vivid on canvas The choice is vast and subject matter good. The colours look great on canvas and would recommend at the price value for money. During Covid expect some delay in delivery but they kept us informed on progress in delivery.

Amazing and sweet customer service team When I first ordered, there were some delays due to COVID restrictions and worker shortages. I emailed them out of curiosity, and their team has been checking up on my order and my satisfaction every since. Very lovely & prompt customer service, and very good product. Thank you. I love using Paint-by-Numbers I love using Paint-by-Numbers, it is one of the most relaxing experiences. Due to Covid 19, my order arrived late, this could not be helped, as there were many variables at play. It was frustrating, but the staff were always friendly, empathetic and even accommodating. They sent me a second shipment free of charge, because of the delays, as this was out of their control. They kept their word and both shipments arrived safely. Thank you Paint-by-Numbers.
