Due to Covid 19, my order arrived late, this could not be helped, as there were many variables at play. It was frustrating, but the staff were always friendly, empathetic and even accommodating. They sent me a second shipment free of charge, because of the delays, as this was out of their control. They kept their word and both shipments arrived safely. Thank you Paint-by-Numbers. Good experience, legit and safe Overall good experience. Legit and safe. The website is easy enough to search, and the purchase itself is straitforward. The time to deliver is a bit longer than what I was expecting, but even on Christmas time, I got my painting on acceptable time. And, when I had trouble on tracking my order, I contacted the customer service and they answered promptly, being kind and helpful.

Paid but product never received. Refund refused. I haven’t received my paint by numbers after a couple of months of waiting. I’ve contacted customer services who have refused to refund me as it is not their policy. Extremely disappointed and out of pocket.

They responded immediately, made sure I could track the package in its journey overseas, and even followed up with me to make sure it arrived. Very thoughtful, kind interactions with Anna in particular. The product itself has been nice to use thus far. I purchased a stretched canvas paint by number and the magnifying light - which has been a huge help in terms of enjoying the process. I will definitely buy from paintbynumbers.co again!
