It seems to do what it’s supposed… Product seems to do what it’s supposed to do. Looks great. And the responsiveness with inquiries was excellent. Product delivery updates were good to have and product came in a timely manner

The radiators were not delivered on… The radiators were not delivered on time, at least one was damaged, and parts were missing at the time of delivery.

Excellent service Hudson Reed staff were incredible. They were patient with all the queries and ordering was very simple. I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge and response time. I communicated via phone and email and found staff to be pheonmenal. They always knew the status of my order. I’d highly recommend Hudson Reed and would use their services should I need.

Damaged Product and Happily Replaced The product I received back in November was poorly packaged and the product was damaged. The team contacted me and replaced the product. It was such an easy process and I really appreciate how quickly the responses were through email. To be honest, they were chasing me down at times. I very much appreciate the team effort.
