Easy ordering and great customer service Cook's Direct was recommended by a family member. Ordering was very easy. The item I ordered said it would ship within 2 business days. I ended up calling after 2 weeks and no notification of order shipping. I surprised to have the call answered by a live person who was able to help me quickly and responded by email by the following morning. My only mistake was in ordering the wrong size drinking glass. Keeping them anyway as I love the product and will be ordering the correct size soon.

carbon steel pans Ordered 3 carbon steel pans. They shipped quickly. One was on back order but it arrived shortly after first shipment. The order shipped from Cooks Direct did not have any packing materials in the box but the contents arrived was fine. The labeling on the outside of the box did have it marked fragile. I found the best pricing at Cook's Direct. Will order from them again.

Good communication Price was better than anywhere else. Had a few product issues that needed additional information and customer service was prompt with responding to emails. Updated shipping charges were resolved very quickly. Item shipped in half the time quoted. Will order from Cook's Direct again.

Good service - Problem with merchandise The purchase & shipping were fine. The product, a Matfer black steel frying pan, warped on the bottom after one use on my glass flat top range, rendering it useless. I followed all instructions for seasoning & cooking. I have written to Cooks Direct, just yesterday & haven't heard from them yet. If this resolved, I will rate them as 5 stars.

Shipping date unclear My order information didn't mention when it would be shipped so it wasn't clear when it would arrive from the manufacturer. I called Cook's Direct and they were able to tell me the date it was expected to ship from the manufacturer. Turns out the order arrived 1 week from the date I placed the order. It would be better for the ship date/estimated receipt to be clear on the order form. Otherwise, I am happy with my order and would order again.
